Beef Udon Dinner

Yesterday morning I took three pieces of kuih and 1 bottle mineral water. I had no lunch...bz as a bee...I ran up and down the stairs from level 6 to 10 thrice. That's exercise right? Even if the reason was that the elevator broke down. Huhu...


But last nite I cooked my family's fav food.. BEEF Miso soup with fresh Udon. Simply yummy!!





Licin!!...only plain soup was left after dinner. To make it better I cut some Unagi and put on top of each bowl (not in the photo though). Hmm...simple and healthy food can be interesting you know.
I weigh myself again this morning, my weight has gone down to 84.8kg. Hope to lose more by the end of the week. I wanna be a Hot Mama!!

LOST again!

Salam and Hi Y'all!

Yippie, today I lost another 1 kg! Just last night I was at 87kg. Wonder why?? I ate mi tomyam;minus a lot of the noodles; last night, and this morning just took 1 piece of kuih badak, but like a OCD patient, I pressed the kuih badak with 4 pieces of paper towels until no more oil stains can be spotted on the towel. Yikes! Real crazy hah..

Even if I'm on a diet, the whole day I keep thinking what to cook for dinner tonite but of course healthy meals la kan?

Now I'm going to take my power drink for the second liter of the day: my AIR KOSONG! No more sweet drinks for me (that's what my coach aka Jeffrey Alan said yesterday).

Salam Diet!!


Today is the start date of KL Weight Loss Community Challenge (WLCKL). I joined this group last week. The biggest weight loser (amongst 40 participants) will get RM1000. My target is to win of course!! Even if I don't win, I hope to lose maybe at least 10 kgs in the 8 weeks of the program.

Above is the latest pix of me during the first week of Aidilfitri this year (taken on 21 September 2009). I love this picture...so nice (even if I look so BIG...heheh). Currently my weight is at 87kg, sooo overweight that my doctor said I'm in the Obese Type II category. Maximum weight that I should have (to have a healthy BMI) is only 57kg. I need to lose..mak aiii...30kg to get to my target!! Gulp!


First weigh in is today. Wish me luck!!
