Salam and Hi Y'all!
Yippie, today I lost another 1 kg! Just last night I was at 87kg. Wonder why?? I ate mi tomyam;minus a lot of the noodles; last night, and this morning just took 1 piece of kuih badak, but like a OCD patient, I pressed the kuih badak with 4 pieces of paper towels until no more oil stains can be spotted on the towel. Yikes! Real crazy hah..
Even if I'm on a diet, the whole day I keep thinking what to cook for dinner tonite but of course healthy meals la kan?
Now I'm going to take my power drink for the second liter of the day: my AIR KOSONG! No more sweet drinks for me (that's what my coach aka Jeffrey Alan said yesterday).
