Yesterday morning I took three pieces of kuih and 1 bottle mineral water. I had no lunch...bz as a bee...I ran up and down the stairs from level 6 to 10 thrice. That's exercise right? Even if the reason was that the elevator broke down. Huhu...
But last nite I cooked my family's fav food.. BEEF Miso soup with fresh Udon. Simply yummy!!

Licin!!...only plain soup was left after dinner. To make it better I cut some Unagi and put on top of each bowl (not in the photo though). Hmm...simple and healthy food can be interesting you know.
I weigh myself again this morning, my weight has gone down to 84.8kg. Hope to lose more by the end of the week. I wanna be a Hot Mama!!
